SPH ADHESIVE
SPH is an aerosolized contact adhesive with pressure sensitive properties. Its superior bond strength and exceptional tack make SPH an excellent choice for most permanent adhesive applications. SPH has high shear strength, heat/ UV stability,water resistance, fast drying and long working time. SPH was specifically designed for bonding high-pressure laminate to various substrates. Its pressure sensitive qualities make SPH suitable for a variety of industrial applications including; manufactured housing, general construction, RV, marine, woodworking, furniture, textile, HVAC, and the upholstery industries. It can be used on porous and many non-porous surfaces. Substrates and materials that SPH can effectively bond include:Wood Products, Urethane Foams, Laminate, A.B.S. Plastic, Particle Board, Moulded Fiberglass, Cork, Paper Products, Most Metals, Glass, Fibreglass Insulation, Galvanized Steel, Moulded PVC, Aluminum, Felt Foam-backed Carpet and Painted Steel.
SP2 SPECIAL PURPOSE SPRAY ADHESIVE
STA-PUT SPII is a pressure sensitive adhesive specifically formulated for bonding expanded polystyrene foam (EPS) to itself and other materials. SPII can be sprayed directly onto EPS surfaces without pitting or damage to the foam. Superior bond strength properties and exceptional tack makes STA’-PUT SPII an excellent choice for most temporary and permanent EPS applications.SPII provides high shear strength, heat/ UV stability, water resistance, fast drying and a long working time.
STA-PUT SPII was specifically designed for bonding expanded polystyrene (EPS) to itself or to various substrates. The adhesives pressure and bonding properties make the product suitable for a variety of applications within the manufactured housing, RV, marine, refrigeration, and general construction industries. SPII can also be used for exhibit displays, theatre scenery, and various crafts. It can be used on porous and many non-porous surfaces. For permanent results, spray both surfaces. For temporary bonds, spray one surface only. For typical laminating applications a coating weight of 2.5 – 3.0 dry grams per square foot is recommended. Allow adhesive film to dry for a minimum of four (4) minutes and then assemble, apply even pressure over the entire surface to insure a firm bond.
2001M
2001M is an aerosolized contact adhesive with pressure sensitive properties. 2001M contains no chlorinated solvents and is HAPs-free. The superior bond strength and exceptional tack makes 2001Man excellent choice for most permanent adhesive applications. 2001Mhas high shear strength, heat and UV stability, water resistance, fast dry time, and an extended open time. The spray pattern is an adjustable web spray for controlled distribution with 100% transfer efficiency of the adhesive to the substrate.
