Preservatives

Industrial pre-treatment with preservatives is the only reliable method of ensuring a long and useful service life for perishable softwoods such as Pine & Spruce. Not only is the durability extended but the natural appearance can be maintained for many years. This is especially important for applications such as decking and other outdoor uses, where the aesthetic appearance is as important as a long life.

The type of treatment and application process will depend on the end use of the Timber and we can offer preservative treatments to cover all hazard classes and end uses. Further information is available from our consumer information and technical data sheets which can be downloaded from the website, or alternatively call us on 0845 226 3011.
